Robert co-founded SMB Research LLC, in Boston, MA, with the mission of creating and delivering customized technology research and analysis to emerging, small-to-medium (SMB) and midmarket, and larger enterprises.

Robert was with AMR Research (now Gartner) for 12+ years, where he worked with strategic Fortune100 clients on a range of IT and supply chain issues.   He brings considerable experience working in discrete, hybrid and process manufacturing industries, and has worked extensively with clients in the High Tech, Life Sciences, Aerospace &  Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, Energy industries as well as public sector clients.

Robert has a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and an MBA from Babson College.  He  is also  a certified Industry Analyst Professional (CIARP).
